🚚 SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer both Express and Standard shipping services throughout Australia.

📦 EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • Delivery timeframe: 1–4 business days

  • Cost:

    • Free for orders over $69.00

    • $19.00 flat rate for orders under $69.00

📦 STANDARD SHIPPING

  • Delivery timeframe: 2–8 business days

  • Cost:

    • Free for orders over $69.00

    • $9.00 flat rate for orders under $69.00


⏱ ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on business days are dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends or public holidays, will be shipped the next business day.


🔎 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

  • You can track your parcel anytime to see when it’s due to arrive.


🎁 DISCREET PACKAGING

All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no mention of the contents or our brand. Your privacy is always respected.


⚠️ ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages caused by address errors

If you spot an error in your order confirmation, contact us ASAP. Once dispatched, we cannot intercept or reroute packages.

🌏 SHIPPING AREA

We currently ship within Australia only. International delivery is not available at this time.
