🚚 SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer both Express and Standard shipping services throughout Australia.

📦 EXPRESS SHIPPING

Delivery timeframe: 1–4 business days
Cost:
- Free for orders over $69.00
- $19.00 flat rate for orders under $69.00

📦 STANDARD SHIPPING

Delivery timeframe: 2–8 business days
Cost:
- Free for orders over $69.00
- $9.00 flat rate for orders under $69.00

⏱ ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on business days are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends or public holidays, will be shipped the next business day.

🔎 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your parcel anytime to see when it’s due to arrive.

🎁 DISCREET PACKAGING

All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no mention of the contents or our brand. Your privacy is always respected.

⚠️ ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Lost packages caused by address errors

If you spot an error in your order confirmation, contact us ASAP. Once dispatched, we cannot intercept or reroute packages.

🌏 SHIPPING AREA

We currently ship within Australia only. International delivery is not available at this time.
